After a solid day of packing, cleaning, taking the buyer's on a final tour of the house, including the water, heating and air-exchange systems, we finally grabbed a booth at Alexia's pizza joint downtown and ordered up a large veggie pizza. Alas, here we are back at home doing a last vacuum!
We know we love our house, we worked so hard on it and learned so much from it. And now it's time to say goodbye! It's hard to believe our it's been two years in the making!
Tomorrow we let it go...but we get to return home. That is a tremendous gift. And the people buying it are so excited and exceedingly complimentary of our work. It would be hard to conceive of a better transaction.
Time to read those books...
