T Minus Two Days and Counting...

42 degrees this morning. It's shaping up to be a sunny day. The woods are already so bare. It's stunning just how long the winter landscape persists and returns each year in Maine. Thanks to a booking error we'll be able to pick up our moving van today, a day early, while saving ourselves $60. It seems we'll be spending a little more than half of what it cost us to move to Maine in 2007. But now it's time for eggs and toast, to get the truck and start loading.
